Since being diagnosed as a diabetic i have had to make a lot of changes to get my blood sugar under control. I go to the gym everyday now and do cardio and weight training. I have more balanced meals and have pretty much removed Mountain Dew from my life. The first few weeks were hard and i had these awful headaches, which i assume were from lack of moutain dew and caffeine. I squeeze in Arkham City when I can, I am almost done with it. But rarely do i have time anymore for anything over an hour at a time. I get home at 4:30, game for an hour, the GF gets home at 5:30 we go to gym at 6 and stay til 8. Make dinner and eat at nine and by that time we are exhausted and go to bed. But at least my sugar is under control now and staying at a healthy level. Take care all!
