But then I saw him shoot a cloaked spy that I saw go onto the balcony. Direct head shot the moment he left the safety of the wall. So I decided to spec him. He did the same thing to 3 other cloaked spys. They weren't just cloaking and there outline visible, or the smoke that comes while cloaking. They were fully cloaked. Also, His rifle would snap across the screen and shoot someone that he had no way of seeing. I don't know how to make a demo or how you call it. So this is all I got right now.
Definitely, we need a demo. Once you're specing him, type "record <name>" into console. Make sure you name it something different from any other name in the past. Upload it on here, and we'll ban him lickety split.
