Jumped into game today and was specing while drinking my morning coffee and jumping through the players on server (old admin habit from servers long ago). After typing to one guy to quit spawn camping as a scout, Atomisk hit me up asking if was an admin. Told him no, but I have plenty on my friends list. He said he had a couple things to report, namely a porn spray and a suspected hacker. Long story short, I got 2 names, but he didn't get a screenshot or video. Copy of part of conversation as follows: {-SM-}Gen732: fraps screen shots help the most on these things Atomisk: Yeah I didnt get a screen shot.. Atomisk: D: Atomisk: The names YOUR TEARING ME APART LISA!!!!! for the porn sprays and the hacking apavoramento, he was using some kind of invisible body hack. I couldnt see him at all. But I could see the rockets coming from him {-SM-}Gen732: the invisible body thing could be a graphics glitch, had that one myself before {-SM-}Gen732: I couldn't see pyro's for some reason Atomisk: I could see other soldiers though D: Atomisk: Also once I said I was reporting him Atomisk: He left Not much that can be done at this point, especially given that there is no supporting evidence (screenshot, video, etc). Quick search of the Steam ID's (again, old habits die hard) turned up basically Jack and Shit, and Jack's on vacation. Just a heads up and an atta-boy to Atomisk for keeping his eyes open for rules violations and such.
Not a prob. Great place to play. As I put in the OP, some habits just die hard. Admin habits tend to be one of those things.
If you're getting spawn camped by a scout you REALLY need to re-evaluate weather or not you should play online games. Hit up dat training.
At that point in time I was getting spawn camped by my coffee and a coke. Damn things wouldn't let me out of my chair. On a serious note, check with Waffles, I believe he may have a screen cap of the spray. Apparently this one was pretty bad.
