A meeting in which the first 15 minutes + is open to the community to interact with the members of BOC from just saying Hi or to offering up a suggestion this is the place to do it. After which we move directly into our clan meeting. This meeting takes place in our clan ventrilo Note: Anyone applying to BOC must be present at this meeting to have their application considered.
