Like with anything in life mistakes can be made both by individuals playing within our servers and the admins who administrate them. Therefore I have implemented specific steps to follow in order to allow individuals to protest their ban. What you must do in order to protest your ban. If you have not already done so you should reference the reason you were banned by visiting our BANS PAGE here you will be able to see the most recent bans however if your ban is somewhat old you might have to search your ban in the search box toward the top of the screen. Once you have found your information and clicked on your name you will see a reason for you ban: i.e IRC ban by: BoC|Bot Reason: Flooding game server chat. Now there are several things we ban for on our servers, some are 10 minute bans while others are by hour, day, weeks or months. If it is a 10 minute ban simply wait your time and return to the server, however if it isn't then what you will need to do is utilize the PROTEST BAN FEATURE on this screen you will need to input your STEAM ID, game handle and the reason why you wish to be unbanned - when you click submit it will be emailed to admins who have the ability to review this - HOWEVER this still is not the final step, your final step will be to CREATE a new thread within the PROTEST BAN forum and again post your information and why you should be unbanned. The reason behind this is because it will allow discussion to be generated in regards to your ban, regardless of the result an admin will post within your thread informing you whether your ban was overturned or maintained. If at the end of reading all of this you believe this process is to long then and do not wish to follow the process then we here at BOC wish you the best as nothing will be done in regards to your ban.
